Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are issued as store credit only and are not refunded to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
